Your Role as a Warehouse Operations Coordinator:
As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and quality of inbound and outbound logistics and warehouse operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate deliveries, maintain shipping documentation integrity, support inventory control efforts, and assist with material handling and quality inspections to ensure customer and operational requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Logistics & Delivery Coordination
Review and coordinate shipping and crating schedules for completed jobs
Contact customers to schedule and confirm delivery details for warehouses or job sites
Verify product availability in the warehouse to align with production and delivery needs
Prepare shipping schedules and book trucks for same-day or next-day pickups
Send detailed quote requests to brokers, including location, job details, crate specifications, and required truck type
Review and verify freight quotes against delivery costs, merging shipments and negotiating pricing to maintain positive revenue margins
Create and manage work orders, ensuring accuracy of customer and job information
Enter work order IDs into tracking systems, download trip trackers, and verify or correct Bills of Lading (BOL)
Update shipment records with driver, broker, delivery contact, address, and dealer information
Coordinate with warehouse personnel and shippers to stage completed jobs for pickup
🔹 Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control
Assist with scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts to support inventory accuracy
Assist in investigating and documenting root causes of inventory discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of cycle count results, adjustments, and resolution steps
Support implementation and monitoring of corrective actions to prevent recurring discrepancies
Perform and monitor material put-away for inbound goods, ensuring proper labeling and storage
Complete receipt documentation for incoming materials, verifying quantities and condition
Load outbound trucks in accordance with schedules and safety protocols
Assist with inspection of custom color materials to ensure accuracy, finish quality, and compliance with job specifications
Communicate findings, discrepancies, and improvement plans with warehouse and production teams
🔹 Other Duties as Assigned
Support continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and logistics operations

Ability to work collaboratively with warehouse, production, and logistics teams
Working Conditions:
Combination of office and warehouse environments
Standing for extended periods
Occasional walking, bending, and lifting
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted
