Location: EURO-COMPOSITES® Corporation; Culpeper, VA
Employment Type: Regular Full-Time Position
This combined role is responsible for both the maintenance and repair of tools and equipment used in manufacturing, as well as the efficient movement of materials within the facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Tool Maintenance: Inspect, clean, and repair tools according to established procedures.
- Tool Storage: Organize and store tools and fixtures in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of tool and material inventory.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials between storage areas and production areas.
- Forklift Operation: Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably with composite materials.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and power equipment.
- Forklift operator certification preferred.
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and repetitive tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
