Possible Shifts Include
CATI Interviewers conduct telephone surveys using a software-guided script for a major U.S. Federal Government research project. This is a non-sales role focused on accurate data collection. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct scripted telephone surveys
Accurately document verbatim responses
Perform follow-up calls as needed
Handle difficult respondents professionally
Maintain familiarity with survey programs
Minimum Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 6 Months Telephone Research Or Customer Service Experience
Call center experience (1 year required)
Strong communication and listening skills
Basic computer skills
Spanish conversational bilingual a plus
