About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join a dynamic Architecture & Engineering team delivering complex and high-impact projects across the U.S. This role involves leading architectural design efforts, managing projects from concept through completion, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on a wide range of technical facilities, including laboratories, research centers, and government infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and project delivery from concept through construction
- Prepare and review construction documents and drawings
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Review submittals and ensure compliance with design intent
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal engineering teams
- Support construction administration and resolve design-related issues
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- Licensed Architect or ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience preparing and reviewing construction submittals
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Preferred Experience
- Experience with federal or government projects
- Background in designing laboratories, research facilities, or complex infrastructure
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Experience with large-scale renovations and new construction projects
