What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Coordinator (New York) position at Eurasia Group?

Additionally, he or she must have excellent judgement to properly prioritize multiple and potentially competing demands in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Effectively maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ADP, to ensure complete and accurate data collection and tracking of all candidates and prospects for open positions across all locations (US, Europe, South America and Asia).
- Scheduling interviews and being a point of contact for candidates, hiring managers and external partners; coordinate schedules for interviews, ensuring that interview teams are prepped with resume packets, directions, and all logistical information, etc.
- Responsible for the candidate experience and moving them efficiently and smoothly through the recruiting process, including collecting full applications, scheduling interviews, collecting interviewer feedback, coordinating internal debrief sessions, and managing candidate travel and expense reimbursements.
- Communicate professionally in all candidate interactions and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience through all phases of the recruitment process in a timely manner.
- Consistently update and maintain recruiting calendars, files, templates, materials, and metrics.
- Plan and execute targeted recruiting events both on and in Eurasia Group offices.
- Willingness to take on other HR projects, duties and operational tasks as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and able to learn ADP’s applicant tracking system
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, proactively identifying actions to take or areas of improvement
- Communicates professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Flexible and adaptable - start-up experience is a plus
- Sense of urgency, responsiveness and dedication to your organization
- Calm under pressure and sense of humor is a plus
- Passionate about people and politics
- Bachelor’s degree
