Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
- 4 years of experience in UI/UX design for responsive web and mobile applications
- Strong experience in:
o User research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews
o Designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
o Developing and maintaining design systems
- Experience working with enterprise-level applications and large user bases
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) and usability best practices
- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma or similar
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and business stakeholders
- Experience in A/B testing and continuous UX improvements
- Strong communication and documentation skills
