Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Sports Performance Internship role located in Franklin, WI. The intern will assist in coaching youth, high school, and collegiate athletes, and support and implement the unique ETS training systems. Responsibilities include facilitating training sessions, communicating effectively with athletes and staff, ensuring a safe and engaging environment, and contributing to the athlete performance enhancement process. Interns may also assist with new-athlete evaluations and reinforce the ETS brand values. This is an unpaid internship, but it can be used for course credits and will provide excellent practical experience in the strength & conditioning field.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and experience in Strength & Conditioning
• Effective Communication skills for interactions with athletes, parents, and staff
• Experience in Coaching and guiding individuals to meet performance goals
• Passion for working with athletes and fostering their personal and athletic development
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Experience or coursework in kinesiology, sports science, or a related field is a plus
• Former or current athletic background preferred
