Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Lead Coach to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our Fortville, IN facility. The Lead Coach will oversee daily training sessions, design customized performance plans, and provide leadership to staff and athletes. Responsibilities include assessing athlete needs, implementing ETS training systems, guiding their progress, and fostering a positive, motivational environment. Additionally, the Lead Coach will serve as a mentor for both athletes and fellow trainers, maintaining a culture of excellence and growth.
Qualifications
- Strong coaching expertise in areas such as athlete assessment, strength and conditioning, and skill development
- Experience in creating customized performance strategies tailored to individual athletes
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and motivational skills
- Knowledge of athlete health and safety practices, injury prevention techniques, and recovery programs
- Experience working with athletes across various age groups, sports, and skill levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or similar certifications are a plus
