Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sports Performance Coach at ETS Performance, located in Liberty, MO. The Sports Performance Coach will work directly with athletes of all age groups and skill levels, developing personalized training programs to optimize athletic performance and reduce injury risk. This role involves conducting training sessions, providing real-time feedback, monitoring athlete progress, and coordinating with other team members to ensure the highest standard of service. A deep commitment to fostering physical development, mental toughness, and team culture is essential.
Qualifications
- Experience in Athletic Performance, Strength & Conditioning, and Training programs tailored to individual athlete needs
- Coaching expertise with a focus on encouraging athlete development and fostering a positive training environment
- Skills in Business Coaching or operational management within athletic or training facilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with athletes, parents, and colleagues
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Management, or a related field preferred
- Certification in Strength & Conditioning or similar (e.g., CSCS, NASM, ISSA) is highly valued
- Passion for impacting communities through sports and fostering athlete success
