What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth customer experience from order placement through delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
• Manage customer orders, including order entry, updates, and due date changes.
• Collaborate with Operations to support production scheduling and ensure customer expectations are met.
• Coordinate post-sale activities to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns related to product quality, shipping schedules, freight carriers, and credit/collections.
• Calculate credit terms, discounts, shipment charges, and part pricing as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of daily shipments and communicate shipment information through electronic data exchange systems.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and support.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with order management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in manufacturing, customer service, logistics, or supply chain environments is preferred.

• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Regularly required to climb, bend, stoop, twist, reach, and work in varying positions while performing maintenance activities.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 55 pounds.
• Occasionally lift, move, or position loads up to 80 pounds, with assistance when appropriate.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in both indoor and outdoor manufacturing environments as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods throughout the workday.

  Maintenance Technicians are expected to perform all duties in a safe, efficient, and timely manner while meeting established quality standards and supporting company objectives. This position plays an integral role in ensuring operational reliability, equipment performance, and overall plant productivity.
