Schedule:
📅 Second Shift | Monday-Thursday (Over-time options on Friday)
🕒 3:30PM - 2:00 AM | 40-50 hours per week
What You'll Do:
- Spray paint parts and equipment using primers and finish coats
- Perform routine and repetitive spray painting operations
- Mix paints according to established procedures and specifications
- Operate spray painting equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain and clean spray booths, equipment, and work areas
- Ensure quality finishes with minimal defects, runs, or inconsistencies
- Follow all paint mixing, preparation, and application procedures
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by leadership
What You Bring:
- General knowledge of spray painting techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Experience with industrial painting or willingness to learn through hands-on training
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent climbing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 55 lbs
- Occasionally lift heavier loads up to 80 lbs
- Ability to wear a respirator and other required personal protective equipment
