Role and Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management
Provide strategic direction and leadership to multiple offices within the assigned region
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop office managers and staff to ensure high performance
Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with Ethos Health Group’s mission and core values
Works with Office Managers to coordinate time off and coverage
Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss performance, address concerns and share best practices
Compliance and Quality Assurance
Conduct routine office visits to make sure compliance/policies are followed
Promote and enforce policies that align with Ethos Health Group’s commitment to quality patient care.
Ensure all offices adhere to regulatory and accreditation standards.
Perform routine audits of Trackstat, Trello, Email threads, Cash Practice, Care Credit, Patient Charts, EOD and Bank Deposits
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration or related field required or equivalent experience.
Advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on operations.
