Returning Middle School Staff Member:

As we begin planning for the 2026–2027 school year, all returning staff members are required to complete the Returning Staff Application.

This application is a critical part of our staffing and planning process and must be completed by all returning staff, including those who have already applied to a new role for next year.

Who should complete this application

• All current Ethos Classical staff members who are interested in returning for the 2026–2027 school year
• Staff who have applied or plan to apply for a different role next year
• Staff who would like to be considered for continued placement in their current role

• Returning offer letters will be issued on a rolling basis from January 15 through March 31
• Completing this application ensures you are considered during this window

Returning staff applications are reviewed using multiple data points, including:

• Performance against role-specific frameworks
• Attendance and reliability
• Alignment to Ethos values and expectations
• Professional growth, reflection, and coachability
• School and team needs for the upcoming year
  
  

Submitting this application does not guarantee a returning offer, but it is required to be considered for continued employment for the 2026–2027 school year.
