What are the responsibilities and job description for the GFEBS Real Property Technical Specialist position at Ethic Tech, LLC?
Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking a Real Property Technical Specialist to support ongoing efforts with several Army Installations outside the Continental United States. In this role, the Specialist will focus on Real Property workflow and data validation in accordance with Army Audit Readiness Guidance using the Army’s SAP-based General Fund Enterprise Business System. The GFEBS RP Specialist will work both remotely and onsite and may be assigned to multiple customers simultaneously. The GFEBS RP Specialist will provide customer support by performing RP Folder reviews and improvements, as well as data analysis and updates into GFEBS. The RP Specialist will update existing electronic records; create physical folders; research and create Memorandums for Record (MFRs) for Directorates of Public Works (DPWs) to ensure that RP records are valid and audit ready.
Essential Functions
- Interacting daily with customer organizations to accomplish goals and objectives.
- Gathering, documenting, and validating customer requirements
- Reviewing, analyzing, validating Real Property folders
- Reviewing, analyzing, updating, and correcting GFEBS RP records
- Creating MFRs, DD Form 1354s, and other documentation needed to ensure that RP records are valid and auditable
- Tracking progress and assisting in reporting contract status
- Completing work independently and as a part of a team, as required.
Qualifications
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience working for one or more Army DPWs in GFEBS Real Property roles.
- Current or recent provisioning in GFEBS RP roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Professional customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Depart of State Passport
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Common Access Card
