Staple and Fancy is looking for a host to join the team! An ideal candidate has a keen eye for the details, is able to work at a fast pace, and remain calm under pressure. Hosts are often the fi rst point of contact, are responsible for answering the phones and supporting servers and bartenders throughout service. Being able to see the big picture and aid in keeping the restaurant running seamlessly are key aspects of the Support Staff.

ESR does not believe a heavy reliance on traditional gratuities is an equitable or modern way to compensate employees. Accordingly, ESR pays its hourly employees an equitable and agreed-upon hourly rate. While not expected, any gratuities that are left are split amongst hourly employees. To help ensure its best-in-class customer experience and ability to remain competitive, ESR adds a 22% service charge to all checks. Those service charges are retained (100%) by the house.

$23.00 - $25.00 hourly
