Preparing delicious food is the highlight of the exceptional dining experiences ESR is known for, and our Line Cooks are trained to work all stations and have excellent knife skills. Qualifications
- Current Food Handler Card
- Be highly motivated by creating great food and making people happy
- Have excellent knife skills and a strong understanding of basic cooking methods

ESR does not believe a heavy reliance on traditional gratuities is an equitable or modern way to compensate employees. Accordingly, ESR pays its hourly employees an equitable and agreed-upon hourly rate. While not expected, any gratuities that are left are split amongst hourly employees. To help ensure its best-in-class customer experience and ability to remain competitive, ESR adds a 22% service charge to all checks. Those service charges are retained (100%) by the house.
