Production Painter - Manufacturing | $20/hr | 1st Shift

• Prepare, mask, and stage components for paint application
• Read and follow drawings, work instructions, and engineering specifications
• Mix paints, reducers, and catalysts according to strict formulation requirements
• Set up and adjust paint guns, nozzles, and spray equipment
• Apply primers and topcoats to specified thickness and finish standards
• Manage curing and baking cycles to maintain production flow
• Perform inspections including film thickness, adhesion, water break, and Q-panel testing
• Document process and inspection data accurately
• Maintain paint inventory and monitor shelf-life requirements
• Work efficiently in a high-volume production environment
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams
• Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and quality standards
• Support overtime as required by business needs

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent on-the-job training)
• Experience with Mil-spec coatings
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 quality requirements
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality
• Ability to adapt in a changing production environment
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and apply new techniques
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
