Responsibility Requirements:
Contractors will be responsible for providing professional client and payment operations support, including but not limited to the following:
- Support clients through onboarding, testing, and migration while serving as the main point of contact.
- Handle payment operations, including file transmissions, reconciliations, and issue resolution across all payment channels.
- Ensure accurate client setups, troubleshoot problems, and maintain compliance with security standards.
- Execute migration plans, coordinate testing and signoffs, and report progress to project leadership
Resource Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client-facing financial services or payment operations roles.
- Hands-on expertise with Wires, ACH, .H , and API payment processing.
- Strong communication, project management, onboarding, and implementation
Salary : $22 - $25
