Our client, a globally recognized cruise line, is seeking a Mid-to-Senior Corporate Paralegal to join a highly respected in-house team. This is not a “sit quietly and manage a checklist” role. This is a hands-on, trusted business partner position.

• Running end-to-end vendor contract workflows from intake through execution

• Coordinating with stakeholders, executives, signatories, outside counsel, and business teams

• Supporting bond offerings, audits, and corporate governance processes

• Managing liquor licensing compliance

• Working closely with accounting teams, auditors, and legal leadership

The ideal background:

• BigLaw corporate paralegal experience is REQUIRED - at least 3 yrs.

• Strong experience managing full-cycle corporate workflows

• BA and Paralegal Certificate

• Advanced Excel and organizational skills

Bonus points for experience with:

• Corporate governance

• Audit support

• Deal work

• Regulatory or liquor licensing

• Trademark/IP coordination
