Job Summary
Estrella Mountain Community College (EMCC) Facilities department is hiring a part-time Grounds and Exterior Custodian. This position will support and maintain EMCC’s campus by clearing walkways and parking lots of debris, as well as maintaining exterior tables and waste receptacles.

Essential Functions
40%- Wiping down tables and exterior waste receptacles
30% - Exterior debris blowing
20% - Warehouse support
10% - Miscellaneous Facilities support tasks
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with Digital Work Order Systems
Special Working Conditions
May be required to lift or carry up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
Position will primarily be outdoors during the day.

Additional Requirements
