Role description: Lead functional AMS operations for IS-U/CRM/CCS WM, including triage, SLA alignment, reporting, and day-to-day coordination with technical towers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own functional triage process and coordinate resolution across L1/L2/L3.
- Drive governance outputs: escalation path/RACI, ticket status reporting, and resolution metrics.
- 7 years of SAP functional experience with at least 2–3 years leading AMS operations.
- Strong ITSM and SLA mindset; able to produce weekly/monthly KPI reporting and manage backlogs.
- Excellent client-facing communication; comfortable with escalations and stakeholder management.
- Utility-sector IS-U and/or CRM background.
- ServiceNow and Jira experience.
- Experience building runbooks and knowledge transfer artifacts.
