Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
- Manage cross-functional development teams (data engineers, architects, and analysts).
- Interface with Client and leadership for progress updates and risk mitigation.
- Maintain compliance with the State’s SUITE SDLC methodology.
- Drive delivery within budget, timeline, and scope.
- 12 years in Information Technology.
- 5 years managing complex IT or data platform initiatives.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or hybrid SDLC environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Certification: PMP or Scrum Master required.
- Experience working with Public Sector IT environments or other public sector programs.
