We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Functional Lead to support ongoing operations and enhancements within the SAP Ariba environment. This role will focus on analyzing and resolving system issues, supporting end users, and ensuring the stability and effectiveness of Ariba-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for the SAP Ariba platform, addressing both Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Ariba modules in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Ensure accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and system changes
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues and recommending enhancements
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Ariba functionality and processes
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (Functional)
- Proven experience supporting ticket-based environments (Tier 1 & Tier 2 support)
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience working with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA)
- Familiarity with procurement and source-to-pay processes
