Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for the SAP Ariba module, handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets
- Analyze reported issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions
- Ensure efficient ticket management and closure within defined SLAs
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field is required
