Eston's Bakery, a local favorite since 1987, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Bakery Store Assistant Manager to help us continue delivering the exceptional cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes, and more that our customers adore. What You’ll Be Doing
As the Bakery Store Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our bakery. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in managing the store’s daily activities, including opening and closing procedures (15 minutes before opening and 15 minutes after closing). - Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring every guest has a delightful experience. - Supporting and supervising the team to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. - Helping to maintain inventory and ensuring the store is well-stocked for daily operations. - Upholding Eston's Bakery’s commitment to cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate who brings a mix of experience, enthusiasm, and a love for baked goods. Here’s what we’re looking for: - At least 1 year of experience in a retail, food service, or similar customer-facing role. - Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask. - A friendly, approachable demeanor and excellent communication skills. - Availability to work Saturdays (you’ll have one weekday off each week). - A commitment to punctuality and reliability to meet our store’s operational needs.
