What You'll Do
As a Customer Service team member at Eston's Bakery, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, with online orders, and via email.
- Accurately handling cash transactions and maintaining precise records.
- Managing data entry tasks and staying organized using Google Drive.
- Following directions and ensuring all tasks are completed with attention to detail.
- Assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and product recommendations.
- Maintaining a calm and professional demeanor, even in high-stress situations.
