Duties
- Lead and coordinate the daily operations of multiple units, ensuring consistency in service quality and operational standards
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction across all locations
- Supervise store managers and team leaders, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations to cultivate high-performing teams
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, expanding market reach, and building strong community relationships
- Oversee profit & loss statements, budgeting, and financial planning to maximize profitability and control costs
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and reduce waste or redundancies
- Monitor sales performance metrics regularly, analyzing data to inform decision-making and strategic adjustments
