RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up salon or treatment room and perform treatment protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the salon or treatment room
• Properly consult with clients and create customized treatments plans
• Provide professional cosmetology services (color, highlights, haircuts, blowdries, hair treatments, upstyles, make-up, spray tans, waxing, facials and natural nails)
• Customized experiences to customers specifications
• Support team with laundering, restocking and ordering supplies
• Product knowledge and recommendations for at home care
• Provide clients with a 5 star relaxing spa experience

• You have a strong work ethic and are inspired to increase salon and spa growth by connecting and being of service to present clients as well as connecting with potential clients through social media, and community outreach with the intention of making our sales goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Spa experience preferred - willing to train the right candidate
• Experience working as a cosmetologist (able to perform all services not limited to hair, nail, waxing and facials) -willing to train the right candidate
• Familiarity with cosmetology services
• Familiarity with natural and holistic products
• Certifications may apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge computer knowledge
• Experience with salon and spa operating software systems preferred -willing to train the right candidate
• Track record of providing a high standard of customer service 
• Basic math skills
