Skills & Qualifications include:
- An associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in office coordination.
- Experience in project administration or construction support, preferred.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating meetings, calendars, and documentation.
- Proficiency with project or document management systems.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and discretion.
- Collaborative, professional approach to cross‑functional work.
