What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dyslexia Interventionist position at Estem Public Charter School?
eStem Dyslexia Interventionists are responsible for providing explicit, systematic, and evidence-based reading intervention services to students identified with characteristics of dyslexia and related reading difficulties. This role supports the academic growth of students through structured literacy instruction grounded in the Science of Reading, ongoing progress monitoring, and data-driven decision making. The Dyslexia Interventionist collaborates with classroom teachers, families, administrators, and the District Dyslexia Coordinator to ensure students receive appropriate interventions and support. Responsibilities may vary based on student needs, campus assignments, and district programs.

Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree
- Teacher certification with Reading and/or Dyslexia Endorsement preferred
- Five years of teaching experience or more preferred
