eStem Junior High Teachers are responsible for planning and delivering rigorous, engaging, and standards-based instruction that supports the academic, social, and emotional growth of students. This role fosters a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment that promotes high expectations, student engagement, and achievement. Teachers monitor student progress, utilize assessment data to inform instructional decisions, differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs, and provide timely feedback to students and families. The Junior High Teacher collaborates with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to implement school initiatives, support student success, and contribute to a strong school culture. Responsibilities may vary based on content area, grade level, and the needs of the students and school community.
