Key Duties
- Assist with HR tasks (onboarding, interviews, collecting documents)
- Support marketing and outreach to facilities, providers, and case managers
- Build and maintain community relationships to increase referrals
- Manage multiple administrative projects
- Support leadership with communication and documentation
- Experience in healthcare, HR, or marketing preferre
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable engaging with case managers and referral sources
- Able to manage multiple projects
- Organized, reliable, and professional
- Able to travel to Lowell, Haverhill, Lawrence
