What You'll Do
Human Resources & Recruiting
- Recruit and hire nurses
- Post and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other job boards
- Screen applicants and schedule interviews
- Maintain employee records and compliance documentation
- Assist with employee engagement and retention
- Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking applicants and employees
- Coordinate community events and networking opportunities
- Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior centers, and referral partners
- Assist with marketing and business development initiatives
- Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and writing)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Experience in recruiting, human resources, marketing, or healthcare
- Home health or healthcare industry experience
