Role Description
This is an on-site position located in Huntsville, AL, for a Wellness Operations Coordinator. The role includes overseeing daily operations, coordinating appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring seamless administrative processes. The coordinator will manage customer inquiries, support wellness programs, and assist in the execution of operational strategies to ensure the clinic functions efficiently. The role also involves analyzing workflows and implementing improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Administrative Assistance to ensure effective coordination and smooth execution of day-to-day functions
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for collaborating with clients, staff, and stakeholders
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for evaluating operational processes and providing insights for optimization
- Experience in wellness, healthcare, or a related field is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with computer systems and software relevant to operations and administrative tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
