The Wellness Operations Director is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, driving organizational efficiency, and supporting revenue growth through strong execution and follow-through.
This role works closely with leadership and the sales function to ensure that systems, processes, and day-to-day operations are aligned, efficient, and consistently executed at a high level.

- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure consistency across all workflows
- Develop, implement, and refine systems for scheduling, CRM management, and internal processes
- Maintain oversight of patient flow and overall in-clinic experience
- Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
- Ensure organization and structure across all operational functions
- Oversee lead tracking, consultation scheduling, and follow-up processes
- Maintain organization of the sales pipeline to ensure timely communication and conversion
- Support execution of promotions and internal initiatives tied to revenue growth
- Monitor booking trends, retention, and follow-through to ensure opportunities are not lost
- Coordinate with marketing vendors and ensure timely execution of campaigns
- Support implementation of promotions, content initiatives, and internal marketing efforts
- Assist with website updates, landing pages, and backend systems when needed
- Ensure alignment between marketing activity and clinic operations
- Coordinate and execute events, workshops, and outreach initiatives
- Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and scheduling
- Support development and organization of local partnerships
- Ensure follow-up systems are in place to capture and convert leads generated from events
- Track and maintain key performance metrics including leads, consultations, conversion rates, and revenue
- Maintain organized reporting systems for leadership visibility
- Identify trends and gaps to support operational and revenue decisions
- Support front desk and clinical staff with workflow organization and daily structure

- 3 years of experience in operations, clinic management, or administrative leadership
- Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills

- Experience in a medical, medspa, or wellness clinic environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and reporting tools
