Essential Wellness Institute is a physician led wellness clinic in Huntsville, Alabama offering advanced, non invasive wellness treatments designed to help patients look, feel, and function at their best. Our services support body contouring, pelvic floor wellness, facial rejuvenation, mental wellness, and overall patient confidence.
We are seeking a dependable, polished, and patient centered team member to support both the treatment experience and the daily flow of the clinic.
The Wellness Treatment and Clinic Operations Specialist will help support the patient experience from arrival through completion of care. This role includes front desk support, scheduling, patient communication, treatment room preparation, documentation, approved wellness treatments after training, and general administrative responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is warm, organized, professional, and detail oriented. This person should be comfortable working directly with patients while also helping keep the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes.
• Greet patients and create a warm, professional first impression
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Schedule consultations and treatment appointments
• Confirm appointments and assist with rescheduling or cancellations
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after appointments
• Perform approved wellness treatments after proper training
• Review patient paperwork and ensure forms are completed accurately
• Assist with patient check in, check out, and payment support
• Maintain clean, organized, and prepared treatment areas
• Support patient documentation and treatment notes
• Track supplies and notify leadership when inventory is low
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
• Support general administrative tasks as needed
• Help maintain a calm, polished, and elevated patient experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working directly with patients

• Experience with scheduling, phones, patient check in, or front desk operations
• Experience assisting with treatments, patient documentation, or customer care is a plus
$18 to $23 per hour, based on experience.
Suggested starting rate: $20 per hour for a candidate who can support both patient facing and administrative responsibilities.
