Job Description
At eSolicitors, Estate planning is one of the most in-demand practice areas for solo attorneys. Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate work provide consistent, repeatable instructions.
eSolicitors is looking for Estate Planning attorneys. Whether in independent practice or at a law firm, registration is open now.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Estate Planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and related documents.
- In-depth knowledge of Estate Law, Probate procedures, and Estate Administration processes.
- Proficiency in Succession Planning, guiding individuals and families to secure their legacies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to engage with clients effectively and deliver clear legal guidance.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills.
- Active Bar admission in Vermont and good standing with the state bar association.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles is preferred but not required.
