Job Description

At eSolicitors, attorneys across all practice areas connect with clients who need legal advice and representation. Whether you handle family matters, real estate transactions, criminal defense, estate planning, business disputes, or any other area of law, the platform brings clients directly to you.

eSolicitors is looking for licensed attorneys across all practice areas. Whether in independent practice or at a law firm, registration is open now.

Qualifications

• Qualified attorney with expertise in one or more areas of legal practice.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client matters from initial consultation through to resolution.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and advisory skills applicable across practice areas.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to engage with clients effectively and deliver clear legal guidance.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills.
• Active Bar admission in New York and good standing with the state bar association.

What You Receive:

• Built-in video conference room for client consultations. No Zoom or Google Meet required. Live transcripts are generated during the call so no manual notetaking is needed
• AI Scoping Engine: After the consultation, the AI analyses the transcript and produces a scoping report with pricing, deadlines, and milestone-based deliverables. Review it, edit it, and send it to the client for acceptance
• Escrow payment protection: Clients pay upfront when they accept the scope report. Funds are held until each milestone is delivered, then released directly to you
• Service packages: Create and list your own service packages with your own terms, pricing tiers, and descriptions. Clients find and purchase them through the marketplace
• Upload to sell: Sell reusable legal templates and documents in the marketplace and earn passive revenue each time they are purchased
• 800 ready-made legal templates and documents provided by eSolicitors for use with clients, from engagement letters to fee agreements to compliance forms
• Built-in price quotation tool: Create and send structured quotes to clients or generate shareable links for anyone outside the platform
• Disbursement handling: Request disbursement fees separately from your legal service fees. Client payments go directly to your Stripe account
• Dashboard to track consultations, messages, earnings, store sales, and pipeline at a glance

Compensation

Set your own rates. All legal fees stay with the attorney. The platform handles the technology, the matching, and the admin. Client payments go directly to the attorney. This is not a job.
