You are expected to work collaboratively with brand partners, the product and event teams and the sales team to support high-quality sponsorship programs across global esports events and gaming festivals.

Business Unit: Success & Strategy
Role requirements:
- Lead on internal partner materials and support on external materials - including but not limited to developing and maintaining partnership trackers, recap decks, partnership overview documentation, and more
- Become the eyes and ears of the partnership, ensuring that notes and actions items are recorded and shared with appropriate parties in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively internally to assist in ensuring the highest quality implementation of partnership programs through delivery of in-broadcast, online, and on-site partnership entitlements
- Assist in tracking and communicating the progress of partner strategy, KPIs and initiatives to internal stakeholders; prepare reports on account status
- Stay educated on current sponsorship, partner category and industry news and best practices
- Perform other duties, functions, responsibilities, projects and assist as necessary
- A hunger to learn and a 'no task is too small' attitude
- The ability to understand and strengthen processes and workflows
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and navigate business situations with empathy
- Ability to gather necessary data, assisting colleagues in creating internal and external recommendations
- Bachelor's Degree in business or, marketing, related discipline or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position or capacity
- An understanding of the esports and gaming industry, sponsorships and/or brand experience with a willingness to learn and desire to stay up-to-date on the latest trends
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in the English language, both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel, both domestic and international
