Qualifications:
Experience/Education:
- A minimum of 7-10 years professional Human Resources experience with at least 4-5 years as HR Generalist
- 1-2 years as a manager of people, overseeing performance, accountability and growth.
- The successful candidate should possess an undergraduate degree, or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree in human resource management a plus. HR certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in the A/E/C industry
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalize ideas.
- Strong leadership skills to coach, develop, and motivate HR Partners
- A solid understanding of the key principles of employment law
- HR Specific professional qualification preferred (SHRM or HRCI)
- Strong change management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership to adopt changes
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
For Ohio & Wisconsin this ranges from $105,000 - 145,000 plus benefits and retirement program.

Responsibilities:
- HR Manager is responsible for managing HR Partners including setting and managing expectations, performing people leader functions, and coaching and developing team members.
- Supports Business Unit/Department Leaders within assigned region, division and/or department(s) to drive People First initiatives throughout the enterprise
- Collaborates with senior leadership to develop and execute HR Strategies that support business objectives.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to leaders to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Works closely with HR Director/People Strategy to understand enterprise and regional strategic plans, while helping the HRBPs to also understand the connection to strategy as well
- Ensures that team understands priorities that align with the enterprise strategic plan and advises on execution of specific people strategies where appropriate.
- Oversees multiple geographies supported by HR Partners.
