Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Associate located at Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson, AK. Responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service, managing daily inventory tasks, stocking displays and coolers, maintaining product displays, and supporting the execution of strategic retail plans. The Retail Associate will also assist with monitoring store cleanliness, ensuring accurate product pricing, and fostering positive relationships with military personnel and leadership.

- Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Excellent Communication and Customer-focused Service skills
- Proficiency in Inventory Management and maintaining organized product displays
- Enhanced understanding of delivering great Customer Experience in a retail environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and structured environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Familiarity with military retail systems or an understanding of military culture is desirable
