Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Answer and direct incoming calls in both languages
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and appointment coordination
- Handle emails, messages, and basic administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar systems
- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
