Job Summary:
The Marketing Director will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategic marketing campaigns to promote our services, drive census growth, and strengthen our brand presence within the community. This position is key in fostering relationships with referral sources, prospective residents, families, and the broader healthcare network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and outreach plan
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, hospitals, physicians, and community organizations
- Manage digital marketing efforts including website content, social media, and online reputation
- Coordinate tours, events, and community engagement initiatives
- Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies to meet occupancy goals
- Collaborate with admissions and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with census objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in senior living, skilled nursing, or long-term care
- Strong understanding of healthcare referral networks and sales strategies
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
