We're looking for an experienced Omnichannel Operations Project Manager with a strong background in Life Sciences, Commercial Operations, Digital Engagement, and Omnichannel Enablement.
Key Skills Required:
✔️ 8 years of Project Management experience
✔️ Strong understanding of Omnichannel Engagement within Life Sciences
✔️ Customer engagement journeys & channel orchestration
✔️ Digital campaigns, customer segmentation, targeting & engagement measurement
✔️ IT/Business Project Management expertise
✔️ Cross-functional program management with business & technology teams
✔️ Managing multiple concurrent projects & workstreams
✔️ Project planning, governance, budgeting & delivery management
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end Omnichannel Operations initiatives
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones & governance
• Drive successful project execution and stakeholder alignment
• Coordinate across business, operations, technology, analytics & vendor teams
Nice to Have:
• Vendor Management
• Change Management & Business Adoption
• Data Governance & Customer Data Management
