Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Omnichannel Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives supporting omnichannel engagement capabilities within the Life Sciences domain. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, experience managing business and technology stakeholders, and a solid understanding of customer engagement, digital campaigns, and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of omnichannel operations projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, governance, and delivery plans.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional business, technology, analytics, and vendor teams.
• Track project progress, manage risks, dependencies, and provide stakeholder updates.
• Ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives and operational excellence.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.
• 12 18 years of overall IT/Business Project Management experience.
• 8 years of experience managing enterprise projects and cross-functional programs.
• Strong knowledge of Omnichannel Engagement within the Life Sciences industry.
• Understanding of customer journeys, channel orchestration, digital campaigns, customer segmentation, and engagement measurement.
• Excellent project planning, governance, stakeholder, and delivery management skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Commercial Operations, Digital Engagement, or Medical Affairs.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar PM tools.
