What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Development Representative position at ERP Integrated Solutions, LLC?
The ideal candidate is a driven and organized sales professional with 1–3 years of experience in B2B outbound lead generation, ideally in SaaS or tech sales. They are confident making high-volume cold calls and emails, skilled at qualifying leads, and experienced in using CRM tools like Salesforce. They thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and are motivated to exceed quotas while collaborating effectively with sales teams. Experience with ERP or SAP solutions is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation
- Perform email and phone "cold calling" tasks
- Outbound lead generation using phone system
- Outbound calls up to 60 calls a day based on outbound call schedules
- Outbound lead generation using email system
- Outbound email generation up to 500 emails a day based on outbound email schedules
- Schedule discovery calls (30-minute meeting) with prospect as final qualification event for leads
- Schedule demonstration meeting (1 hour & 30-minute meeting) with prospect
- Facilitation of sales meetings and demonstrations
- Meeting and exceeding annual qualified leads quota of 72 leads
- Meeting and exceeding annual qualified software sales quota of $1,250,000
- Provide prompt phone/email follow up to all prospective and active accounts that you are assigned to
- Properly document all pertinent information (i.e. contact information, lead information, etc.) related to the opportunity and effectively manage sales follow-up and account and opportunity results in the company's CRM system (sales force)
- Build and maintain sales/marketing knowledge base to become an expert on ERP Integrated Solution's Certified SAP Solutions.
- Work with Sales Account Executive to aid in any sales cycle tasks that require support
- Proactively work with ERP Integrated Solutions Account Manager on contacting existing customers with any new sales opportunities
- Attend trade shows or visit customers on site when required by Sales Management

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role
- Proven ability to perform high-volume outbound calling and emailing (60 calls, 500 emails per day)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and engaging decision-makers over the phone and via email
- Ability to schedule and facilitate discovery and demo meetings effectively
- Ability to qualify leads and manage them through the sales pipeline
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for lead tracking and pipeline management
- Familiarity with email and phone outreach tools (Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Capable of maintaining accurate records and documentation in CRM
- Goal-oriented and driven to meet or exceed quotas and KPIs
- Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Positive, persistent, and professional demeanor
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment
- Willing to travel occasionally for trade shows or customer site visits
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ERP, or technology sales is a plus
