As a Direct Support Professional, you will help each person have the opportunity to make choices, contribute to their daily lifestyle, obtain the best education or training available, and enjoy a home-like atmosphere with quality caregivers.
This is a full-time position with our MOVE program, located at 4950 W. 23rd Street (near westside Wegmans).
MOVE (Making Opportunities for Volunteerism and Exploration) is a day program for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It offers opportunities to get involved in the community, enjoy art in various forms, learn skills, and more. MOVE fosters independence and inclusion by focusing on everyone’s unique abilities and interests.
Benefits for DSPs:
- $.50 per hour increase after 6 months
- All positions are eligible for a matching 401K contribution
- 30 HPW (hour per week) or greater positions offer vision insurance at no cost
- 30 HPW positions are offered medical insurance (for the employee) at $15 per pay period
- 37.5 HPW and greater positions are offered dental insurance and life insurance at no cost

Salary : $15 - $50
