We’re not just hiring a General Manager—we’re looking for a Restaurant Operating Partner. This position needs an ownership mindset, where you run your restaurant like it’s your own business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams
• Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
• Hire, train, and retain top talent
• Maintain Freddy’s standards for quality, hospitality, and cleanliness
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and financial performance
• Ensure food safety, compliance, and team accountability

What We’re Looking For

• 1 year of leadership experience (restaurant experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• High energy, hands-on mindset, and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to work a variety of shifts including one closing shift a week
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must pass a background check and ERC/Freddy's Management Training Program
• Must be able to pass and maintain ANSI Manager Certification
• Must be 18 years of age or older
