What You’ll Do
- Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations
- Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Hire, train, and retain top talent
- Maintain Freddy’s standards for quality, hospitality, and cleanliness
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and financial performance
- Ensure food safety, compliance, and team accountability
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of leadership experience (restaurant experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- High energy, hands-on mindset, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts including one closing shift a week
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must pass a background check and ERC required training
- Must be able to pass and maintain ANSI Manager Certification
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
