We’re Hiring: Account Executive II | Equity Trust Company
Equity Trust Company is growing, and we’re excited to add multiple Account Executives to our team!
In this role, you’ll work with warm, inbound leads provided by our Marketing team, connecting with investors who have already expressed interest in learning more about self-directed IRAs and alternative investment opportunities. Your focus will be consultative conversations, education, and helping clients take the next step toward building long-term wealth.
What you’ll do:
Engage with qualified inbound prospects interested in self-directed investing
Educate clients on retirement account solutions and alternative assets
Build trust through a consultative, client-first sales approach
Partner closely with Marketing and internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
What we’re looking for:
Proven sales experience
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
Motivation, curiosity, and a desire to grow in a high-impact role
Financial services experience is a plus (but not required)
